La intención de este trabajo es presentar una serie de reflexiones sobre políticas científicas. Se muestran un conjunto de aspectos educativos, sociales y políticos que sería conveniente tener presente. Estos aspectos pueden resumirse en: modificar la educación, potenciar los centros mixtos y fomentar la incorporación de personas más trabajadoras en la Universidad.

The aim of this job is the presentation of some reflexions about technoscientific politics. It shows a set of educational, social and political aspects, that should be borne in mind. These aspects can be summerized as: change on education, strengthen the jojoint centers and promote the incorporation of hard-working people in the University.
