NORMAS PARA LA PRESENTACIÓN DE COLABORACIONES
1. Sólo se
publicarán trabajos originales e inéditos. El idioma oficial de la revista es
el español. Los artículos que estén escritos en inglés, francés, italiano o
portugués se publicarán en esos mismos idiomas. Se consideran inéditos aquellos
que ya hayan sido publicados en los anteriores u otros idiomas y se traduzcan
por primera vez al español.
2. Los
trabajos deberán estar impresos en láser, escritos con letra Arial de 12 puntos, con interlineado de 1.5 y capturados en
el procesador de textos MS-Word para DOS versión 5.0 ó Word for Windows
versiones 6 ó 7. Deberá adjuntarse el disco o disquete en que se contenga el
archivo o bien enviarse este último a nuestro correo electrónico.
3. La
extensión de los trabajos deberá ser de veinticinco a treinta cuartillas tratándose
de artículos; para estudios legislativos, la extensión será de diez a quince
cuartillas; y cinco cuartillas en el caso de reseñas bibliográficas.
4. Cada
trabajo deberá ir acompañado con un resumen en español e inglés de no más de
200 palabras cada uno. Asimismo, se deberán incluir cinco palabras clave en
español e inglés.
5. En la
elaboración de citas se sugiere utilizar la siguiente presentación:

6. A todo
trabajo deberá adjuntarse una hoja por separado con la dirección del autor, a
efecto de mantener correspondencia con él. Asimismo, se indicará la institución
donde labora, su cargo académico y, en su caso, teléfono, fax y correo
electrónico.
7. Todo
material que cumpla con los Criterios Editoriales del Instituto de
Investigaciones Jurídicas será sometido a dictamen doble ciego. Los dictámenes
fundamentaran debidamente si el artículo es susceptible de publicación, con o
sin correcciones, o bien, si se rechaza. En caso de que se sugieran cambios, el
autor tendrá dos semanas para realizar los cambios necesarios.
Una vez que se
acepte un trabajo, los autores deberán ceder el derecho de autor al Instituto
de Investigaciones Jurídicas.
A cada autor
se le enviarán dos ejemplares.

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING MANUSCRIPTS
1. Only
original and unpublished contributions will be accepted. The Review's official
language is Spanish. Contributions written in French, English, Italian or
Portuguese will be published in those languages. Articles that have been
published in the aforesaid languages or other will be considered only if it is
the first time that they are translated to Spanish.
2. All
contributions must meet the following requirements when sent: printed with a
laser printer, 1.5 line spacing and using font Arial 12. A diskette or an
e-mail file must also be sent along with the article in MS Word DOS 5.0 or Word
for Windows 6 or 7.
3. The maximum
length of each contribution is: from twenty five to thirty pages in the case of
articles; for legislative studies, the extension will be from ten to fifteen
pages; and five pages in the case of bibliography reviews.
4. Each
contribution must have an abstract in English and Spanish of no more than 200
words each one. Also, you have to include five key words, both in English and
Spanish.
5. The
following format is suggested for citation:

6. Along with
all contributions a separate sheet with the following information should be
included: author's name and address; current work place; position; telephone;
fax; and e-mail address, so that we can keep contact with the authors.
7. All
material that meets the Publishing Criteria of the Instituto
de Investigaciones Jurídicas
will be send for a double-blind review process. The
opinions will base properly if the article is susceptible to be publicized,
with or without corrections, or, if it is rejected. In case that exist change
suggestions, the author will have two weeks to make them.
Once a work is
accepted, the authors will have to transfer the copyright to the Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas.
The Institute
will send two issues to each author
