Indicaciones para colaboradores
- Gestión y
política pública considerará
para su posible publicación artículos inéditos que no estén sometidos para
su publicación simultáneamente en otro medio.* Los manuscritos deberán dirigirse
por duplicado a:

- La colaboración
debe ajustarse a los siguientes lineamientos:
- El trabajo deberá
tener una extensión máxima de 40 páginas a espacio y medio en letra Arial
de 12 puntos en papel tamaño carta.
- Incluir, junto con
el envío del trabajo, la siguiente información: título del trabajo, un
resumen de su contenido de 80 a 160 palabras, palabras clave (según los
siguientes índices: PAIS http://www.pais.org/broadtopics/topics.stm#government;
OCDE Macrothesaurus http://info.uibk.ac.at/info/oecd-macroth/es/;
UNIBIS, United Nations Bibliographic Information System http://unhqappspub01.un.org/LIB/DHLUNBISThesaurus.nsf),
nombre y nacionalidad del autor, señalando la actividad que se encuentra
desarrollando en el momento de someter a dictamen el artículo, así como
domicilio, teléfono, fax y correo electrónico.
- Presentar original
y copia (incluyendo cuadros, gráficas, etcétera), impreso en papel tamaño
carta, por una sola cara y a doble espacio. Anexar un disquete o CD con
el archivo. También las colaboraciones podrán ser enviadas vía email.
- Poner las
referencias bibliográficas entre paréntesis en el texto del siguiente
modo: (autor, año, página). La bibliografía completa debe ser presentada
al final, ordenada alfabéticamente y adecuarse al siguiente esquema:
(libros) apellidos, nombre (año), título en cursivas, editorial,
ciudad; (artículo compilado en libro) apellidos, nombre (año), “título”
en nombre del compilador, título del libro en cursivas,
editorial, ciudad (revistas, periódicos) apellidos, nombre (año),
“título”, en nombre de la publicación, volumen, número, páginas.
- La dictaminación del manuscrito tiene un carácter
anónimo y se llevará a cabo por parte de los miembros de la cartera de
árbitros especialistas en el tema. No durará más de cuatro semanas,
contadas a partir de la fecha de recepción del artículo.
* Los autores deberán firmar un contrato de cesión de
derechos.

- Gestión y Política Pública will
consider manuscripts on the understanding that their content is original
and that the manuscript has not been accepted for publication or review
elsewhere.* The manuscript should be sent to:

- Submissions should follow the following
guidelines:
- The paper must not exceed 40 pages at 1.5 space
in 12 points Arial font in letter-sized paper.

- An separate sheet that includes the manuscript’s
title, an 80 to 160 word abstract, key words (please check the following
web sites: PAIS http://www.pais.org/broadtopics/topics.stm#government; OCDE
Macrothesaurus http://info.uibk.ac.at/info/oecd-macroth/es/; UNIBIS,
United Nations Bibliographic Information System http://unhqappspub01.un.org/LIB/DHLUNBISThesaurus.nsf), the
author(s) name and nationality, academic and/or professional affiliation,
and contact information.

- Two printed copies of the complete manuscript,
typed, double-spaced, on one side of standard white 8 ½” x 11” paper. One
electronic copy of the complete manuscript saved on a 5 ½” disk or a CD.
Manuscript also can be sent by email.

- Citations should be specified in the text in the
following manner: (author, year: page number). Bibliographic references
should begin after the text in alphabetical order and should be
specified in the following manner: (for books) Last name(s), First name
(year), Title, publisher, city; (for articles in a book) Last
name(s), First name (year), “Title”, in compiler’s name Title,
publisher, city; (reviews, journals): Last name(s), First name (year),
“Title”, name of the reviews or journal, vol., pages.
- Manuscripts will be anonymously reviewed by a
minimum of one scholar active in the field of public administration and
public policy. All manuscripts will be reviewed within four weeks of their
receipt by the editors.
* The authors
should sign an assignment of rights.
